Job description

We are looking for an energetic professional who thrives at wearing multiple hats, acting as a change agent and assisting with the organization, coordination and transformation of the office as we know it! 

Your mission is to simplify our employees’ work-lives and ensure the efficiency of our business operations. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Apply your energy and enthusiasm towards contributing to a great daily working experience within our company values (ie Diverse, Clear, Appreciative, Transformative) 

  • Develop hybrid workforce experiences  that enhance our culture, build empathy and create connection and community  between employees

  • Adapt the office definition to changing workplace dynamics (collaboration tools, furniture, shared places, home office etc.) and initiate office improvements for a smarter workspace    

  • Maintain the office in good condition and coordinate improvements  

  • Publish regular internal communications and updates    

  • Manage employee services by developing  standards and promoting activities that enhance operational procedures in the office. 

  • Support the company operations when needed with administrative tasks

Your profile

Key competencies

As an office manager you have a strong sense of service and you are an excellent communicator. When faced with a challenge, you roll up your sleeves and take it on, but you don’t hesitate to ask for help if necessary. You love to work collaboratively.

Other skills that will help you fit this role:

  • The ability of being accessible and friendly, with an active interest in the company’s well-being  

  • Being organized, assertive and with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks at a time    

  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and escalate    

  • Willingness to take ownership    

  • Self-awareness of security, integrity and confidentiality of data    

  • Very good MS Office and Internet skills, good knowledge in social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn)    

  • Very good written and spoken English and German language skills    

  • Commercial education or bachelor's degree is a plus
